Darius Kelley

Darius Kelley is an exceptional leader renowned for his excellent ability to build and lead teams. With a solid technical background and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, he has a proven track record of successfully coordinating and directing projects. Darius has extensive experience in Human Resources services and excels in building relationships, training, and delivering impactful presentations. His expertise in project management and policy implementation dramatically contributes to the program's success. Darius holds a Master of Science in Transformative Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  His greatest joy is being a father to his 3 beautiful children and he is a strong advocate from Fatherhood.

  • Allen has been a leader in the package transportation industry for the last 25 years. He specializes in internal controls, a systematic and disciplined approach to policies and procedures, and the evaluation of risk management to add value to an organization’s operational and financial controls. Allen has always been an academic overachiever culminating with a business degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; where he honed his skills of critical analysis and communication as well as the interpersonal skills to connect and bring out the best in others.As the proud father of two amazing daughters, Allen brings a strong sense of family and what it takes to be present and make a difference in the lives of his children. A family background cemented by his parents 50-year plus marriage has been the blueprint for what it takes to be the kind of Father that prioritizes the core values of DWALY including parenting with unwavering love, strength, and wisdom. Becoming a Father for the first time in 2006 changed Allen’s life and redefined the meaning of love. His dedication to his daughters knows no bounds, and he is committed to providing them with the emotional and educational tools they need to thrive. This dedication has produced two amazing individuals who have followed in the footsteps of their Father through high academic standards, strong leadership, compassion, and empathy. Allen realizes being a great Father also means recognizing his children are a refection of both parents, and he makes it a priority to co-parent in a way that provides a loving and stable environment.

  • As a Partner and Vice President of Sales at ConexED, Shane focuses on building relationships with community colleges and universities and introduces them to the company's innovative technology. With over 10 years of experience in executive positions in the nonprofit sector, Shane understands the importance of connecting people with a mission and giving back to the community.Shane’s passion for education and student success stems from his time at the American Cancer Society and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where he witnessed the challenges faced by young people with Type 1 Diabetes who went off to college. Seeing the support networks and resources provided by community colleges and universities to ensure all students have the opportunity to succeed impressed Shane deeply and inspired him to join ConexED.At ConexED, Shane is committed to building strong partnerships with community colleges and universities and helps them leverage the power of ConexED’s technology to better serve their students. Whether working with new partners or established ones, Shane is driven by the satisfaction of knowing that ConexED's solutions help colleges streamline processes and free up staff time to focus on what matters most: student success.Shane has served on many boards and committees over the years to include Keiser University, Eda and Cliff Viner Scholarship Foundation, Children’s Home Society, and Toys For Tots. He has a passion for the community and likes to volunteer and give back as he has received significant mentorship and support himself.

  • Charles Thomas is a highly accomplished individual with expertise in various fields, including public speaking, business development, and organizational structure. As the Founder and Owner of Greeknaila, Charles brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen to the program. He is deeply committed to community involvement and has garnered recognition for outstanding service. Charles's diverse skill set and active participation in community organizations greatly enhance the program's success. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy.

  • Demond Noelien brings extensive experience in management, staff development, and process improvement. With a healthcare representation and training background, Demond possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills. He provides leadership, delivers training, and oversees process management. Demond's expertise significantly contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has gained extensive experience in healthcare and customer service.

  • Perez, has been an accomplished Deputy Sheriff of the Shelby County Sheriff's Office for the past twenty-seven years. As a native of Shelby County, Tennessee, he was inspired from a young age to join the force that serves as a protective force and also helps his community. During his elementary school years, Perez was a Safety Patrol Student Officer who helped teachers with traffic safety during the dismissal of students from Ellendale Elementary School. As a Deputy, he has received numerous letters of appreciation and awards throughout his career. He has touched the lives of many by being a role model and mentor to the community he serves. Perez has served in the Patrol Division, Street Crimes Narcotics Division, Entertainment District Unit, Escort Division, Patrol Crime Response Unit (Burglary Division). He is currently a School Resource Officer (SRO) in the Ready Response Team with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, continuing to serve and be a protective force.
